An exceptional cottage in a perfect location with easy driving access to pubs and restaurants as well as lovely walks. Positive: Extremely well equipped. Very clean . The layout of ‘The Duchy’ suited our three couples perfectly with great accommodation on three levels. Location was fantastic. The EV charger on site was worth its weight in gold! Negative: Nothing worth mentioning

Fabulous 😃 Positive: Great location, lovely property, spotlessly clean. Lovely owners, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again.

Positive: The cottage was spotless and the beds were very comfortable with lovely linen. The basket of hot drinks sachets was generously filled and the hot tub was in a lovely secluded garden with lots of birds to watch and hear. Extra towels are provided so you have one for showers and one for the tub. It was great to be able to charge my car and the charging app and process was very straightforward. Nearby walk from the beach a couple of miles down the hill and a lovely pub dinner at the end! Beautiful sunset and peaceful surroundings even in June. Negative: Absolutely nothing.

Positive: Hosts very friendly. Accommodation and setting was exceptional. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. Negative: Having to leave
