Walking in Cornwall and Exploring the Local Countryside

We are fortunate to be within easy reach of some stunning North Cornwall Heritage Coast footpaths much of it within areas of outstanding natural beauty. Whether you are a hardened walker or just looking for a stroll there is a walk appropriate for all.

Crackington Haven
Our local Beach 2 miles down the road. Wonderful bay surrounded by some lovely scenery and 400ft cliffs.

Bude
Nice stroll from car park along canal to breakwater and up to Compass Point,hexagonal tower on the cliff edge to the left of the Canal.

Clovelly
Quaint fishing village. Steep cobbled street leading to port. Certainly worth a visit, not however for the faint hearted. Unfortunately guarded by visitors centre at the top of village.

Roughtor
The Cheesewring and Hurlers on Bodmin moor is a natural phenomenon, and well worth the walk.
