Places and Properties of Interst
The valley going inland looks towards Week St Mary and on a clear day Dartmoor can be seen in the distance.
Towards the sea, you are looking down the Millook Valley towards Bude some 10 km away, those with a keen eye can see Compass Point a hexagonal tower high on the cliff top at the entrance to Bude Bay. Beyond Bude the Satellite Station at Morwenstow some 15 km is usually clearly visible, this station is one of the main listening posts for the UK.

St Genny's Church
|
The Parish Church dates back to XIIth Century and is certainly worth a visit especially the view from the graveyard at the back of the church. On the right hand of the path way leading to the church porch is the oldest tomb in the Parish, in memory of Benet Myll owner of Treworgie who died in 1593.

Totally un-commercialised stony /rocky beach down the valley
Fascinating rock features.
The Chevron Folds in the sandstone rock visible on the cliff face attracts geologists from all over the world and is well worth a visit. The rocks were formed during the Devonian Period, circa 300 million years ago.
Interesting costal drive to & from Millook.
Limited parking on the road.
