This upside-down two storey cottage is in a courtyard setting with views across the rolling Cornwall countryside with a tantalizing glimpse of Dartmoor in the distance. For most of its life the ground floor of the Cottage formed part of the dairy, and the first floor part of the granary. The building was transformed into a bright and modern cottage in Cornwall for two. Named after the Butterwell (Ancient fridge) found in the woods below Treworgie. Butterwell is attached to Duchy Cottage.
Large cottage, entrance hall, leads to a good sized double bedroom. Bathroom/WC with over bath shower. Stairs lead to open plan Living room/ Kitchen /Dining Area. Freeview digital TV, DVD and radio. Well equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge.
