A single storey cottage in a courtyard setting with superb views to the rear across the rolling countryside with a tantalizing glimpse of the sea along the North Cornwall coastline.

The cottage, once part of the open feeding area for the cattle, has been tastefully transformed into a cottage in Cornwall for four. Named after William Braddon, a well known figure in his day who both owned and rebuilt Treworgie in 1654. The Cottage is 'L' shaped with two bedrooms either side of the living area. The terrace to the rear of the cottage is a wonderful vantage point to appreciate the spectacular views and tranquillity of Cornwall. Braddon is attached to Myll & Chappell Cottages.

Entrance Hall, Living room/ Kitchen /Dining Area with exposed timber roof trusses, timber floor & French doors to terrace. Freeview digital TV, DVD and radio. Well equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. Double Bedroom with four poster bed, and bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom/WC with over bath shower.
