The farm, once the Manor of Treworgie, has had an exciting and eventful history.
The present owners have converted the
stables and barns to create nine tasteful and cosy holiday cottages in a courtyard setting.
All of the Holiday cottages are either four or five star rated by
Southwest Tourism.
Each holiday cottage in Cornwall retains the rustic ambience of the farm, providing a relaxed
place to unwind and enjoy rural Cornwall at its best.
Bude is nine miles north of the holiday cottages. Bodmin Moor, the ancient market town of
Launceston with it's ruined castle and the natural disaster site of Boscastle are all within easy reach.
Close by is King Arthur country in the Tintagel area and the Betjeman country around St. Enedoc
and Wadebridge.
The nine superb holiday cottages in Cornwall are formed from the traditional stone barns
and farm buildings around a landscaped courtyard. These attractive and
tasteful holiday cottage conversions retain many of the original features - a delightful
combination of stone, slate, exposed beams and timber trusses which give
the holiday cottages their own interesting and unique character. The
Architect/Owner who lives in the farmhouse has furnished each holiday cottage to
a high standard to ensure guests enjoy their comfort and to provide a safe
environment for children to entertain themselves around the fields or play area.
Childrens Play Area
A small purpose made children's village allows the children to use their imagination.
It is also perfectly safe for children to let off steam in fields around the holiday cottages.
It may be possible to arrange a local baby sitting service.
